KAIZEN is a crypto trading community on Discord with about 30,800 members and over 2,000 online when we checked. It offers daily livestreams, premium trading signals, altcoin research and workshops, and says it is "featured on the #1 largest crypto YouTube channel". So is KAIZEN worth paying for, and what do its big claims really tell you?
We went through its official Discord listing, its Whop store page and public information about the program. This review covers what is free, what Kaizen Pro costs, the claims to read carefully and who it suits.
This review is written by the Bullstar Signals team. We run a competing signals service on Telegram, so we have a bias, and we want you to know that up front. Everything below is based on what anyone can see on KAIZEN's public Discord listing, its website and its public profiles in November 2026. We did not buy a paid plan for this review. Check every point yourself.

What Is KAIZEN?
KAIZEN started in April 2021. Its Discord listing says it is "trusted by 25,000+ members and backed by 30+ years of combined expertise", and calls itself "your ultimate guide to navigating the crypto bull run". The listing links to the @Jungernaut YouTube channel and the @_kaizentrading X account, and a blog post on Whop, the platform that sells its memberships, names Brian Jung as its founder.
What members get, according to the listing:
- Daily livestreams on crypto basics and strategy, Monday to Friday
- Premium trading signals
- Altcoin research and long-term picks
- Live trading workshops
- On-demand analysis with entry, profit and stop-loss recommendations
- 100+ pages of guides on risk management, basics and technical analysis
- Trading challenges with prizes
KAIZEN Price: Free vs Kaizen Pro
KAIZEN's Whop store showed three products when we checked: Kaizen Free, Kaizen Pro paid by card at $550 for 3 months (with two other billing options), and a crypto payment option. Kaizen Pro was on a waitlist at the time.
Whop's own blog has described a cheaper Lite tier at about $7 a week and a Platinum tier at $199 a month, with $2,000 for a year. Those may be older plans, so check the store before paying. Either way, full access works out at roughly $180 to $200 a month, which is at the expensive end of the servers we checked.
Claims to Read Carefully
The listing promises "Proven Expertise: 500+ winning trades since October 2023" and "High-Accuracy Trading Signals". Counting only winning trades tells you nothing on its own. What matters is how many trades lost, how big the losses were and what the total result was, and we found none of that in public.
It also talks about altcoins with "2x to 100x potential". Coins that can do 100x can also go to zero, and promises like this are a reason to be more careful, not less. The 5.0 rating on Whop is strong, but Whop reviews are left by buyers on the selling platform, not by an independent site.
On the positive side, KAIZEN does talk about stop losses in its analysis, and the daily livestreams mean you can watch how the team thinks before you pay.
Discord Check: How KAIZEN Scores
We score every server in our ranking of the best crypto signals Discord servers on the same six checks, up to 2 points each, based on public information. Here is how KAIZEN did:
| Check | Points | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Size | 2/2 | About 30,800 members and over 2,000 online. |
| Results | 0/2 | Claims 500+ winning trades but shows no losing trades or full record. |
| Risk | 2/2 | Its listing mentions entry, profit and stop-loss recommendations. |
| Free | 1/2 | Kaizen Free exists, but the signals and full access are paid. |
| History | 1/2 | Running since April 2021. |
| No hype | 0/2 | "500+ winning trades", "high-accuracy" signals and "2x to 100x" altcoins. |
That adds up to 6 of 12 points, or 5.0/10.
Pros and Cons of KAIZEN
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Daily livestreams Monday to Friday | No public track record with losses |
| Stop-loss recommendations in its analysis | Expensive: about $550 per 3 months |

| Large, active community | Wins-only claims |
| Strong rating on Whop | Kaizen Pro was on a waitlist |
Is KAIZEN Legit or a Scam?
KAIZEN is a real, active community, not a scam. It has been running since 2021, sells through Whop with over a thousand buyer reviews, and teaches stop losses and risk management.
The issue is proof. A count of winning trades without the losers is marketing, not a track record. Before paying around $550 for three months, ask for the full list of past signals, wins and losses, and watch the free livestreams first.
KAIZEN vs Bullstar Signals
| KAIZEN | Bullstar Signals | |
|---|---|---|

| Stop loss | Recommended in its analysis | Yes, on every signal |
| Results | "500+ winning trades", no losses shown | Every VIP signal since 2022, losses included |
| Price | About $550 per 3 months | $49/month |
| Long-term plan | Yearly plans reported around $2,000 | $199 lifetime |
| Free option | Kaizen Free | Free Telegram channel with full signals |
Best KAIZEN Alternatives
KAIZEN scored 5.0/10 in our Discord ranking, mainly because it shows only winning trades and leans on big claims. These alternatives score higher, and most cost a lot less.

1. Bullstar Signals (our channel)
Crypto futures signals on coins listed on Binance Futures, each with an entry zone, several targets and a stop loss. Every closed VIP signal since 2022 is listed one by one on our results page, losing trades included, and a trade only counts as a win when it reaches Target 3 or higher.
Why it is an alternative: if you want signals with a public record instead of a count of wins: every VIP result since 2022 is listed, losses included, for $49 a month or $199 lifetime.
What to keep in mind: it is on Telegram, not Discord, and our record is published by us, not audited. Follow the free channel and check the results yourself before joining VIP.
2. Axion Trading
The largest crypto signals server we checked, running since 2020. Every call has an entry plan, an invalidation level and targets, and its website publishes a ledger of every closed call per analyst, losses included. Read our full Axion Trading review.
Why it is an alternative: it also teaches while it calls trades, and its website publishes a ledger of every closed call per analyst, losses included.
What to keep in mind: Premium costs $70 a month on the monthly plan.
3. THE BIRB NEST
One of the oldest crypto trading communities on Discord, running since 2017 and linked to analyst CryptoBirb. It offers calls, webinars, mentoring and daily reports, and its website shows a table of calls with wins and losses. Read our The Birb Nest review.
Why it is an alternative: it is another long-running community with analysts and webinars, and it shows a table of calls with wins and losses.
What to keep in mind: Nest Club costs $99 a month, and its results are monthly summaries.
4. CryptoTraders.com
A large crypto trading community running since 2019, with analyst calls, four trading algorithms and market scanners. It publishes a record of every algorithm trade, wins and losses, and every alert has an entry, a stop loss and targets. Plans start at $22.99 a month, with a 7-day free trial. Read our CryptoTraders review.
Why it is an alternative: it has analyst calls, algorithms and scanners with a public record of every algorithm trade, from $22.99 a month with a 7-day free trial.
What to keep in mind: its ads use big numbers like "+2,906%", so focus on the trade record.
Who Is KAIZEN Best For?
- Good fit: beginners who learn best from daily livestreams and want a big community.
- Good fit: traders who can afford around $180 a month and value live teaching.
- Not a fit: anyone who wants a proven record before paying. See our legit crypto signals with proof.
- Not a fit: people chasing "100x" coins with money they can't afford to lose.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is KAIZEN worth it?
KAIZEN is worth trying for free if you like daily livestreams and live teaching. Kaizen Pro costs about $550 for 3 months and KAIZEN does not publish a track record with losing trades, so its value is hard to judge from outside.
How much does Kaizen Pro cost?
KAIZEN's Whop store listed Kaizen Pro at $550 for 3 months when we checked, with two other billing options and a waitlist. Older plans on Whop's blog included a $199 monthly Platinum tier and a $7 weekly Lite tier.
Is the KAIZEN Discord free?
There is a Kaizen Free product and the Discord is free to join, but premium signals, full livestreams and the main tools are part of Kaizen Pro.
Who runs KAIZEN?
A blog post on Whop, the platform that sells KAIZEN, names Brian Jung as its founder. The Discord listing links to the @Jungernaut YouTube channel and says its team has 30+ years of combined expertise.
Does KAIZEN give crypto signals with stop losses?
Its listing mentions premium signals and on-demand analysis with entry, profit and stop-loss recommendations. We could not see the paid signals, and there is no public record of how they performed.
Is KAIZEN legit?
Yes, it is a real community running since 2021 with over 1,000 buyer reviews on Whop. But its "500+ winning trades" claim shows no losing trades, so its results are not proven.
What is a good alternative to KAIZEN?
For signals with a full public record, Bullstar Signals costs $49 a month or $199 lifetime. On Discord, Axion Trading publishes a ledger of closed calls with losses for $70 a month.
Final Thoughts
KAIZEN offers a lot of live teaching and a community that clearly likes it. But "500+ winning trades" with no losses shown is not a track record, and Kaizen Pro is expensive. Start with Kaizen Free and the livestreams, ask for the full list of past signals, and only pay once the numbers, including the losses, make sense.
This review is based on public information as of November 2026 and may change. It is not financial advice. Crypto trading, especially with leverage, carries a high risk of loss.
