02No Financial Advisory Relationship
Using Bullstar Signals does not create an advisor-client, fiduciary, brokerage, or any other formal relationship between you and us. We are not a registered financial advisor, broker, or investment firm in any jurisdiction, and nothing we publish should be treated as if we were.
03Market Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency trading, especially with leverage, carries substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire invested capital. Prices are volatile and can move against you quickly. Past performance shown in our track record, testimonials, or marketing (including win-rate and signal-count statistics) does not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
04Your Responsibility for Trades
You are solely responsible for every trade you place, including position sizing, entry timing, leverage used, and risk management. We do not execute trades on your behalf, manage funds, or have access to your exchange or wallet accounts at any point. Whether and how you act on a signal is entirely your decision.
05Community Conduct
To keep our channels useful for everyone, you agree not to:
- Redistribute, resell, or repost VIP signals or content outside our official channels.
- Harass, spam, or abuse other members or our team.
- Spread misinformation about Bullstar Signals or impersonate our team or official accounts.
- Promote unrelated, unauthorized products or services inside our groups.
We reserve the right to remove any member from our channels, without refund, for violating these rules.
06Intellectual Property
All content we publish - signals, analysis, graphics, the Bullstar name and logo, and Academy material - belongs to Bullstar Signals. You may not copy, resell, or repurpose it for commercial use without our written permission.
07Payments & Refund Policy
VIP plans (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime) are paid in crypto (USDT). All sales are final. Because access to our VIP group is granted immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds once you've been added - the same way a digital product can't be "returned" after it's been delivered.
We reserve the right to change our pricing or plan features at any time; changes won't affect an already-active subscription period.
08Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or remove access for any member who violates these terms, without notice and without refund. We also reserve the right to discontinue or modify any part of the service at our discretion.
09Affiliate Program
If you participate in our affiliate program, you're additionally bound by our Affiliate Policy, which covers commissions, payouts, and program-specific rules.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted, Bullstar Signals and its team are not liable for any trading losses, missed profits, or damages arising from your use of our signals, analysis, or website - including losses caused by delays, technical issues, or errors in the information we share. Our service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
11Governing Terms
Bullstar Signals operates independently and is not incorporated in a specific jurisdiction, so we don't point to one country's courts or laws to govern these terms. Instead, we ask that any disagreement first be raised directly with us at bullstarsignals@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it in good faith.
12Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use Bullstar Signals after a change means you accept the updated terms.
